Cancellation Policy

We know travel plans can change. Here's how cancelling a Tour Rio 330 booking works.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the booking of a tour for a specific date and time. The cancellation terms below therefore apply as soon as your booking is confirmed.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the start time of your tour as shown on your confirmation. In that case, you receive a full refund, no proof required.
After that 48-hour window, for logistical reasons (guide, moto-taxi, reserved time slot), the visit is no longer refundable, including in the case of a reduced group size.
How do I cancel my booking?
Cancellations can be requested via WhatsApp or by email at contact@tourrio330.com, with your full name and booking date. Our team will confirm the cancellation and, if applicable, the refund.
Changing my booking
You can also contact us via WhatsApp to update your details or add participants to an existing booking, subject to availability on the chosen time slot.
Late arrival or no-show on tour day
The tour starts at the scheduled time at the meeting point (São Conrado metro station). In case of significant delay or a no-show without prior cancellation, the visit is considered completed and is not refundable.
Exceptional circumstances
If the tour has to be cancelled on our side (weather conditions, safety, guide unavailability), we offer you another time slot or a full refund.
Refund timeframe
When a refund is due, it is issued to the payment method used at booking. Allow generally 5 to 10 business days for the amount to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank.
